One year replacement if your Ribbon Print machine fails to operate to its specification. This applies specifically to machines supplied directly from Ribbon Print USA to the original purchaser.
First we will try to troubleshoot the problem over the phone so you are not without ribbon printing capability. If necessary the machine will be shipped to us for further diagnosis. If a replacement needs to be made, a new machine will be sent to you from Ribbon Print USA immediately and at our cost.
