Often in the gift basket world, you get an order that needs to go out immediately. Yesterday, 3/19/10, I had an order exactly like that. The customer had prepaid for ribbon imprinting and when I went to design the ribbon, nothing I did made the software work.

 

I sent an SOS to Ribbon Print and truly, within 5 minutes, I had a phone call from Sue asking what she could do to assist me with the problem. Sue worked with me for over an hour and what struck me about her assistance is, it just seemed like it really did matter to her whether my problem got solved or not! In this world today, that kind of customer service is unheard of! She was a pleasure to work with and very patient and helpful in this process.

 

After working on the software problem, I had issues with the cable. She told me to run to a particular store and buy one and to let her know after I was done with the ribbons how everything turned out! WHAT? She still wanted to know if I was alright!
